At Queen Ife Culture, every piece is created with intention and made just for you. Because our items are produced on demand, we handle returns differently than traditional retail. Thank you for supporting a purpose-driven brand.

🖤 Returns Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• Free of damage caused by the customer

👑 Exchanges & Store Credit

If your item doesn’t fit or you’d like a different size, we’re happy to help.

We accept returns request within 14  days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be.

Eligible returns will be issued as:
• Store credit (digital gift card)
• Exchange for the same item in a different size (if available)

Store credit never expires and can be used anytime on our website.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.

You will receive:
• A replacement at no cost
or
• A full refund to your original payment method

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect size ordered (unless exchanging if eligible)
• Minor color variations due to screen differences

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

💳 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
